Weather Channel App

I was 1 of 3 people at the US Cellular store today that had weird foreclosure error messages on my phone. All 3 of us had the Weather Channel App and after it was uninstalled all 3 of us had phones that worked perfectly again.

Just a FYI for anyone who has this App on their smart phone, if you're having issues, try uninstalling Weather Channel and see if it fixes it.

Yeah, I have that and Accuweather. Would like to have a few more so I can compare/contrast wind directions this fall.

Out of curiosity (from a non-smartphone user), does NOAA/NWS have an app? That one tends to be the most scientfically accurate and, if memory serves me correctly from fire-weather classes, is actually where the other weather places get their data. I honestly don't know if there is a NOAA/NWS app since I don't own a smartphone (yet), but I do know that ALL national fire behavior and fire weather forecasts are based on NWS data because of the accuracy. Just trying to help.

True, a flag would suffice, but it doesn't tell me extended wind directions for the entire day and that's what I'm wanting, hourly wind directions.

Just drive down a couple hours to your hunting spot, wet your finger and hope that the wind is blowing the right direction. LOL
