It’s all over my clover plot, has weird needle-like leaves, any ideas?

Are the pointy things seed pods or leaves? Either way it looks to me like a mower would work good on control.

My guess is late stage garlic mustard.

Take one of the leaves or what they look to be seed pods. If you split it with your thumb nail and find little seed it could be the bolt phase of turnip/brassica especially if the plot was that in the last few years. I have that in many plots now.
