Alright guys i need a little help ! What is this weed ? As you can see i sprayed my new food plot with gly in early may then hit it again june 15th i get there this weekend and this stuff not phased a bit by gly ? Any ideas ? Thanks for any help ! Will 2.4.d snub it out ?

Looks like a lettuce. Like maybe pilewort. Lettuce family or pilewort be guess.
2,4-d should smoke it!!!
 
Not sure what you're planning to plant there, but be careful with 2-4d. It has a residual effect that impacts turnips for sure...guessing other things as well. The agronomist around here suggested waiting at least 14 days after spraying it, and tilling would help at that point as well. Good luck.

Yep- 5 days is about the minimum. Good call above Make sure u do have a lil delay in there.
Tillage will eat it up too.
