So its a shipping savings, not a tiered savings on the seed itself.

I teamed up with Dbltree a time or two in the past and went and got the seed from the Welter facility myself. I don't remember the particulars now, but it made $$ sense as I recall.
I suspect your best bet would be to find a couple/few guys in your geography and then have one of them go get it in person.

Welter seed is only about 15 minutes from our farm. If any of you guys need seed picked up I'll be at the classic all day on Saturday. Could always grab it and save a bunch on the shipping charges
