Seen a nice 10" Tom today while strolling about with my daughter. Best of all he was all by himself. Must have been the sun hitting him just right, I've never seen such vibrant colors, and blood red head. I think I might have to set my sights on him this year. Can't wait!!

I just returned from a short ride around my local hotspots. Saw 2 toms strutting around like crazy in different spots. Hens are just thick as can be. I wish we had a season that caught a weekend during the last week or March/first week of April!

Starting to see some strutters on a more regular basis and it's driving me absolutely bananas!!!!!

Haven't seen any strutting but plenty of gobbling and some dandies out feeding in the field!
