What about this?

Thank you gentlemen, for trying to advise me on what to do with my aging clover plots. I know plowing or disking may make a new planting more weedy. This area was frost seeded originally, after being round-up ,previous fall. Now grass's are taking hold in spots. Could I frost seed to more clover seed end of Feb, begining of March, then when grass comes to life later in march, grass herbacide the grassy places? And fertilze with low nitro fert to promote clover.

You might want to check the pH of the soil as proper pH will help the clover get established. Poast is a grass herbicide I am familiar with and would recommend, I'm sure there are others.
