What do you think?

This buck came out under me tonight, what do you think of him? Photo isn't great but that is a pretty decent 6pt left side. By the way the buck in front of him is a solid 140 class 4x4.

I'll tell you what I think...KABOOOOOOM!!!!!
I cant wait to see what you do shoot if your passing these guys up!

body like an angus. if it were me, i would probably be done....of course, i would have shot the one you saw a couple days ago, so i wouldn't have seen the new one

I think you need to put away the camera. That deer is a freaking hog!

Even with the huge body the rack still looks big. Lay the hammer on him!

I'd have shot him immediately, but after seeing photos of the bucks from your past few seasons I "suppose" I can see the reasoning behind passing him?

Good luck up there bub!

Im with Kansasheadhunter. PUT THE CAMERA DOWN!!!!

You have way more self control than I could ever dream about having. I do love you pictures. Those are some HOGS!!

Well guys, I can honestly say that after putting the camera down I did exchange the lens for the smokepole, it was harvest time up north!

It's a catch 22 for me, he's not as big as I know are around but time is very limited this year, haven't put the tape to him but he'll gross in the mid to high 170's for sure. I'll get some pics up this weekend. Now I have to live vicariously for the rest of the season through all you guys.

You know, Saskguy, that is a pretty sweet problem to have - when you have to 'settle' for a 170 class buck due to lack of time. You are very fortunate. congrats on an awesome buck, and I look forward to more photos.

That is one sweet buck. I can't wait to see your pictures. I feel a little bad for you having to settle for that one but I'll get over it real fast... OK I'm done.

Nice job.

Settling for a 170 deer is like going to the bar and settling for Paris HIlton.

I wouldn't equate taking that awesome deer with settling for a skank! Where does his neck start Saskguy? Man alive, that is a pig.

Good grief, without the pictures from the past several years, I'd never believe what you have to say about the deer up there, call me a skeptic

. What a deer, can't wait to see the harvest pics. Talk about living vicariously, I think everyone on this site lives that way through you!
