What gun is used & what animal is the person on the front cover of the regs hunting?

Looks like a ML to me & looks like the person is turkey hunting. What do you think?

I don't have the regs in front of me right now, but isn't there a picture of a person in camo with a double barrel?
The regs have the spring turkey rules in them as well, hence that picture.
