can you shoot bobcat's without a tag?

I would think you need something to legally shoot one, but who knows? Anyone?

You just have to wait until the season opens but as long as you have a hunting license you can shoot one as long as the quota is not filled. I haven't checked to see how many the are allowing this year. You also must call it in then they come look at it and give you a tag for it. I trapped one a couple years ago.

You can only shoot them in certain counties also
