Jeez...its neither a hen nor an oyster..does not look liike most edible fungi...do a search on the web on shrooms in your area.

Ha ha, just found oyster mushrooms last week and have been eating them three times since. I did confirm them through multiple sources before trying a small bit at first. I've put a beef arm roast with some of them in the crock pot this morning before work. The link I posted then doesn't work now.
