What will kill ragweed?

I have several plots where ragweed is trying to take over. Will hitting the clover, alfalfa, peas and chicory plots with 2,4-db work? I was thinking of cutting, waiting a couple weeks and spraying??

Ragweed is becoming one of the harder weeds in Iowa to kill, as well as every else in the nation. Glyphosate is an option by using a wick wiper. 24-db is also an option, but can be very hard on peas and chicory. If you could use a wick of some type with round up would be your best option, and if that is not an option, you can try the 24db.
