I know I know, he needs to grow. I am wondering if all we have is potential around here.

He will be fun to watch this year. Hopefully we see him and his older brother mixing it up under one of your stands.

he will be huge in a year or two.....
but like some one said.....its your call on if he sees next year or not.... /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

If he is the biggest buck you are seeing, then I say take him.

You can only shoot the bucks that are showing up under your stands. If that is the biggest buck that is showing up under your stand than you should be targeting him.

You can only shoot the biggest deer on your property, and if a 130" is the biggest you have then shoot him.

You might get lucky and see a bigger one during the rut, but if you have had your camera out for awhile now and that is the top dog, let him have a Muzzy for lunch!!

I agree.

If you're happy with what you harvest then by all means take the shot. You will NEVER make everyone happy, so focus on making yourself happy.

I seen a few of your picts that I'd remove from the herd and be damn-tickled.
