What's your favorite Hunting music???

For those of you who don’t or can’t walk out your back door to your treestand, do you have any special music that you listen to on the drive to your hunting spot that makes it part of the experience? Is it a song or songs that you only listen to when you’re going hunting? My hunting song for years was Metallica ‘Of Wolf and Man,’ but the last couple years I’ve been listening to Native American flute and drumming music on my drives a lot – I feel like it gets me more in touch with nature. Regardless of what I listen to, the last few miles or so are always spent in silence. So what’s your special hunting music?

Van Halen, Boston, James Taylor, Tim McGraw, The man in Black, Red Hot Chili Peppers, George Jones, David Allen Coe, Hank, Marty Robbins, Shaggy, Alison Krauss & Union Station, 3 doors down, Usually Van Halen or Boston though...goes back to the days in the duck boat!

"DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE? YOU'RE IN THE JUNGLE, BABY...........YOU'RE GONNA DIIIIIIE"

I listen to a.m. radio and the last couple miles I turn it off.

I listen to the frogs as I walk by the lake in my back yard and head to the timber.

In the fall, on Saturday late hunts I listen to Hawkeye postgame on A.M. 1040.

Any other time it's all about the Nug'.

Nothing, get focused.

Ok maybe a little of what the radio is playing 94.1 or 103.3 casette players or CD players where optional in an 88 Toyota 4X4. BUT the rust came standard.

In the morning, mettallica songs sanitarium, sad but true, the frayed ends of sanity, fade to black, the unforgivens, then i will listen to korn, or tool, or any of that stuff most dont like. I usually top it off with eminem "superman" or "till I collapse". If its an afternoon hunt and im wide awake, its all about country. kind of a funny mix.

Depends on the day. Sometimes country, sometimes metal. Whatever floats my boat at the time.

Muddy!! I was just blaring Cinderella on my way home from work!

"Don't know what-cha got, 'till it's gaaawwwwwnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!"

hehe

KANSAN - i'm sorry, but Cinderella does NOT qualify as metal.

Fred Bear or Great White Buffalo done by none other than the Nuge, gets me in the spirit everytime. If not that, any Bocephus song will do just fine.
