will he make 150?

I know we will know for sure once and if he hits the ground this fall....but i'm just cerious to see if you guys think this deer will make 150? My girlfriend has first dibs on this farm, and no matter what he will hit the wall if he falls. The thing that concerns me is his spindly mass, but he makes up for it in tine length. I know that score doesn't necessairly matter, but it was more of a ceriosity thing. My thoughts are that he might just scratch 150 as a green score. Your thoughts?

I would like to see what he looks like come the end of Oct. Probibly is 3.5,but he could be a stud 2.5. Seems to me that a 2.5 doesn't get a neck hardly at all like 3 and up does. Just sayin, if he is 2 look out, he would turn into a giant for sure

My wife is going to have first dibs at some real nice deer this year that I am not interested in shooting. If she whacks a nice one he will go on our wall with no regrets... ever! Glad you are getting her into it!

as for the buck, I agree, 140s, but a great starter deer for your GF! Get her on it!

let him walk, hes only 130 to 135, hes also young, 3.5 at most, give him another year, you will be surprised what a year can do. But i agree, if he steps in front of the GF for her first deer, turn it loose!!!

Good call. Would be an amazing first buck with a bow, no doubt.

He'll only go upper 30's at most though. His tines are tall, but a lot of scores come from main beams and mass. His mass is missing 20 inches... I hope for your sake he hides from the girlfriend and makes another year...Either way, you've got the right plan in place for him and yourself. Keep us posted how it turns out:way:
