I know this would technically fall under the Legislative forum, but thought all should see this.

The Iowa House voted 82-16 to pass HF2381, law abiding Iowans to purchase and use suppressors on firearms. It still has to pass the Senate, but at least it got past the House.

Sorry but pretty sure I just heard the Democratically controlled Senate is refusing to take it up.

This bill has been assigned to a senate sub-committee, but no hearing has been scheduled.
