Starting to shed out or just sweating? That old doe is stomping at my camera... that is downright rude... she is getting an arrow through her cage now.
I got a pic the other day and the buck was shedding the red coat and laying down the gray coat. Does seem early but then again, I should see a couple bucks in the next week or two starting to shed out velvet. (they always seem to shed earlier on one of the farms I hunt)
Great pics! Looks like shedding to me. Funny how the time just drags waiting for the season to get here. Then all of a sudden it starts gettin here in a hurry.
