I live in Flagstaff, which is in the mountains of northern AZ at 7000' elevation. High of 21 degrees today and 25 degrees tomorrow. We're expecting up to 6" of snow by lunchtime tomorrow. My north-facing 3-car garage rarely gets out of the 30s for 3-4 months during winter! I'd love to have that heater for my work/reloading bench/man cave on the 3rd bay! Do you deliver?
