World Hunting Assoc.pulls plug on Dart Hunting

It is great to know that our voices are heard. Being outspoken about issues like this make a big difference. A huge pat on the back to the entire north american hunting community.
 
Excuse me, but nothing was won here. They are still commercializing hunting!

yeah, i'm not overly thrilled with the idea of making hunting a competition. that isn't why any of us are out there
 
This is a step in the right direction but it makes me wonder... if the WHA didn't have the general marketing knowledge necessary to understand that a deer darting tournament would cause a public revolt, how much research did they do on the public acceptance of penned raised deer, high fenced hunts and prizes for the biggest trophy?

These guys are bad for hunting. Really bad!
 
My point was, if we can cause enough racket to get these guys to change their protocol it shows that we can be heard. I didn't say that I am now a proud supporter of the WHA.
