We have a bunch of them in SW Iowa. I see tracks and scat a lot when I am in the woods.

I was out shed hunting two weeks ago and found a set of tracks 20yds from one of my stands

blake, we are in SE iowa and have tons of tracks and have seen 2 already this year. their screems are what i think their most likeable trait

I saw a presentation by a local DNR officer couple weeks ago and he said they are going to propose a season on them this year. Just the southern tier of counties. That does not mean it will happen,(probably alot of red tape). But at least they are trying and surely it will happen sooner or later.
