HP is really irrelevant. Its lift capacity that you have to look at. Full of seed its well over 2000 lbs. Pulling is easy part.

It weighs 1800lbs. Minimum is 35hp with the sweet spot between 55 and 75 hp. IMO.

I have the same drill, will agree I plant everything thru this drill and have great results. Calibrating seed is very simple on this drill.
