When I do horizontal ground boring for pond work, I have taken an earth anchor and ground it to fit a 1/2" drill. Drill about 6" at a time and pull out dirt. Works great altho it has a tendancy to drag to one side and not be a straight hole.

My biggest pet peeve is people shooting deer and donating them to HUSH. If you arent going to eat what you kill, dont shoot it. If you need does removed, there are plenty of meat hunters around like myself who just want to shoot does!

I dont think they will ever reduce tags. Hunter Success rate will continue to drop, and tag soup would be the only thing that will motivate hunters to quit purchasing tags. Even then, at $13 each, tags are cheap, and not going to influence most hunters.
