Both boys had success again this year! The one on the left was 23.5# with a 11" beard and 1" spurs! The other was 20# with a 10.5" beard and 1 1/8" spurs!

I would say 3.5 maybe 4.5 and around the 140's!

They are very important. My personal opion is to have a one that is not to long or it can get wedged in between the tree and your stand when climbing, it does'nt hurt anything but is a inconvenience to try to get it out when climbing!
