After ALOT of back n forth with customer service, I am now the owner of a brand new Rambo Roamer bike. Rather than fix my busted up bike, the chose to replace it. This ordeal took much longer than it should have but in the end, Rambo stepped up and did the right thing. Props to them on being a stand up company. Thank you Boyd for the original help to get me in touch with a rep.
