8 hrs total for me. about 630 had a 8pt walk around a cove in the field on the property i hunt never came any closer than 80yrds watched him rub the tree limps and paw the ground he disappeared into the timber then right after dark watched two smaller bucks play with each other and saw around 20 doe nothing with in range. Would i be pushing my luck by putting up a stand closer to where they are entering the field

2 hours last night, had to leave early because my knees and hands were numb from windy chill! came unprepare. idiot. anyway, saw 2 does, 3 fawns, and a very young buck. not bad for my first day at the tree stand.. its good to be back!

Ha. FINALLY after beeing so darn busy this fall so far, I was finally able to take a stand Friday night. 3 Hr sit, 5 deer, 1 buck, 4 doe and fawn.
Made some 1 on 2 drives on Saturday and we shot one doe and should have had another but gave her a hair cut at 50 yards instead. I guess I should have ranged her first when she stopped. Or just dropped my second pin a little low like the little voice in my head told me to do! DARN IT! Those tenderloins were darn good tho last night!

I've had about 18 hrs so far. Mostly evening sits. I've seen 16 doe most with fawns still, 3 shooter bucks. Had one duck my arrow Saturday at 45 yds. Right at 6:55.

8 more hours in the stand still not seeing much or shooters weather this weekend hopefully will star to get them moving 38 hours in so far I think.
