It's always complicated. Do tons of research and IMO come up with the right neighborly decisions. Every situation is unique. Could the guy uphill just dump the water on the lower guy asking for money? Can the lower guy benefit from tile? Lots of considerations.

I got a new vw atlas last fall. It came with Sirius radio for a few months. Thank God it finally expired. I felt I was very distracted thumbing thru it especially on a dumb non-intuitive carpad.
Good point about not overspraying simazine. Last year I had leftover atrazine in the tank so tried to empty it out by make a few extra passes. Those are the spots where my newly seeded RC Big didn't grow.
Figure out from the dealer or tag how many seeds are per pound on the lot you're buying. Huge sized beans can be 2000 seeds per lb. Tiny beans can be 3500 seeds per lb.
I'm not sure of any rules anymore. I thought they used to say 10 to 15. I also read once that in the big peach growing areas, if something happens to even slightly injure an orchard, they just bulldoze them out and start fresh.
