We have quite a few in Story county. You’d actually be surprised how common they are in the state. You just rarely see them.

Still going to be awhile IMO. The counties that don’t have a season. Should report sightings and release catches to their county CO. Only way they get a good read on numbers. I know only one guy was reporting his bobcat catches a few counties over and as soon as he got other trappers to report...
We put the hurting on some crappies and bluegills this morning. I bet we caught well over 300 fish. Kept 72 crappie and 32 bluegills. Gideon’s first fishing trip.

I’d prefer turkeys but you can still draw those tags every year.

A lot of them were already hunting heated blinds over corn during shotgun. The last few years the weather during shotgun has been better set up for those corn hunts than LM.

I’d disagree, those guys that bought land are still protected from the regs. You can still hunt that precious farm every year. Your family can still hunt every year. Doe hunt one year buck hunt the next. Might actually improve your hunting tbh
It’s the guys that come here hunting public that...
I like the like button to show I agree with a post. I typically still try to respond to threads though. My previous comment was more just having fun with Meyer.
