^ nailed it. Quality product that doesn't have to be covered with weeds. It's just a lazy mans version, but is good quality. I have mine on a tower and I didn't think a homemade one would take the abuse.
Used bow values are frustrating. I'd average eBay and archer talk and then take the first offer that is close. The used market blows, much more fun to be a buyer than a seller ;)
Lets see some more pics! Awesome buck! Glad you decided to pick up the Xbow versus the camera, a pic with you behind him is much better.
Don't worry about the whiners, they usually go away. Even if they don't, it looks like you'll be ok!
No clue about the product, but I do think that Brian McFarlane is a great guy from the run ins I've had with him in the past, and they seem to have some incredible products based on their studies.
Looks like his got his head up working a scrape. Are you sure it's not from an arrow? I'm with Mike, if that was a bullet I would think he'd be a goner.
*the title cracked me up
I've bought a few of them from just at Sportsman unlimited in Waukon. Best price around at the time for sure. Also the best money I've spent on hunting clothes yet, I like it anytime I have to buck the wind
