I was able to successfully sneak on this buck that was bedded near a cedar tree. I had to use my 10 foot pin (a.k.a, my 20 yard pin held REALLY low). He is my largest bodied deer. Well over 20" neck and hardly any teeth left! HIs rack is high and tight with great mass.

Have 1 hanging in my "honey hole", and 1 hanging in my garage - but its my lone wolf and I have over a dozen setups ready for it, just carry it in everytime. So, if this is like golf... I'm below par

Two years ago to this day I rattled in the buck on my Avatar. I never thought about using the antlers that early... but 3 bucks were pushing each other around out in the crp, so I tickled my horns together and all 3 RAN to the base of my tree! Game Over.
