I found 2 ticks on me this weekend and 1 from last weekend. None were attached, but they were looking for a place to set up shop. They are definitely still out and about.

Congrats on a great deer. Love it when a plan comes together. I had to shoot one from the seated position 2 years ago. Always good to practice that some. And 150 is a great deer. I'm 44 and haven't broken the 150 mark yet. Congrats again.. Keep up the good work.

I'm not seeing any deer and they are somehow avoiding my cameras, but there is new buck sign about every day. I hunted all weekend and didn't see anything from my stand. Seen a couple waking in and out. It's gotta get better eventually.

I had a thread titled "silenced my gorillas" where I used rope and a prusick to attach the sticks to the tree. Still using them and still super quiet. I dont know how to attach a link to it but you should be able to search for it.

Already took it back and got a new Moultre 990. First batch of pics comimg tomorrow from that cam. My old m-80 is still going strong and their customer service had been good to me. Sent me a new battery tray at no cost. Hopefully some harvest photos tomorrow as well.
