It's basically baby steps towards UBI (universal basic income). Create the expectation/dependency - soon the voters will demand it. No doubt there are pockets of the economy that were gutted through no fault of their own but rather gov'ts shutdown mandates. But the broad brush style at which...
It doesn't matter if the name has a R or D behind it - Washington is just one big drunk fest pandering to the voters. If my WWII era father was alive today, he would be so pissed about how our the country has gotten so dysfunctional. Wake up America ...
The plan composed by my district forester identified six different areas on our 110 acres of timber. Sizes differ quite a bit and were determined based on the characteristics of each area (mature oak timber with minimal understory, storm damaged area or EAB damaged(Emerald Ash Bore) trees, a...
I had my district forester composed the exact same type of plan for our farm last fall. Good luck and take your time and be safe. Its a journey not a sprint.

I was blessed to be able to divert some inheritance funds (thanks Verne and Elizabeth) towards my farm purchase after watching the rec land market for numerous years. One of the best decisions I have ever made but wish I had taken the plunge 5-10 years earlier. In hindsight, I am confident...
