If these people have to "apply" and be in the draw with other non residents , then who cares if they only have pay half for the tag?

Idk...when you guys get a landowner tag, do you have to stay on the land you own?

I used sardines, probably to expensive now. They love them and the smell attracts.

Just insulation. No quilt box. Just an inner cover with the bee gap down to let moisture out. I'm no expert. Last year all my hives wintered. This year half. It's a tricky keeping those bees going. (the verroa destructor mite is hard to deal with)
