It's always complicated. Do tons of research and IMO come up with the right neighborly decisions. Every situation is unique. Could the guy uphill just dump the water on the lower guy asking for money? Can the lower guy benefit from tile? Lots of considerations.
How much are people making these days? Seems salaries are way high. I don't get out much, but the people I know with bachelors degrees make 100+ easy. Throw in 2 salaries and not many kids and its a recipe for strong rec land sales. Some windfall money from the boomer parents passing makes a...
I agree the phones. And people drive way faster than before.
I got a new vw atlas last fall. It came with Sirius radio for a few months. Thank God it finally expired. I felt I was very distracted thumbing thru it especially on a dumb non-intuitive carpad.
Good point about not overspraying simazine. Last year I had leftover atrazine in the tank so tried to empty it out by make a few extra passes. Those are the spots where my newly seeded RC Big didn't grow.

Here's a couple I planted at the farm maybe 5 or 6 yrs ago. The 1 in my yard does better. It must like the mowed grass and yard fertilizer. They're all Contenders and taste absolutely delicious. Peaches are such a short lived tree, unless planting a bunch comes easy, I personally wouldn't want...

Kind of a debate in recent years about post spray effectiveness in narrow row, canopied beans vs 30" beans where soil and weed leaves are visible. Whatever side of that coin you're on, having pre's on and overlapped is paramount. Killing tough needs like waterhemp when they're small is crucial...
Lower pops will branch out better. Higher pops will get taller, if you can actually get them past the early browse phase. I'd probably go around 175K on 7.5" rows. Authority products are popular.
