Well done, Muddy! The wife and I are running TM in Somerset, WI in July. We ran the Fargo half marathon this last weekend in preparation for the TM - can't wait!
good job, buddy! happy you went out with a bang for both deer and turkey in IA! now time to get settled in and chase some toothy critters this summer :{)
I would not support party hunting during Late Muzz.
I echo many of the thoughts above on destroying the integrity of the season. I enjoy the peace and quiet.
Both of my vehicles are on strike this morning...too bad I couldn't be too!
Damn teachers (my wife) have yet to put in a full day this week in CR...Must be nice

I know it isn't in Central Iowa, but my wife took the course at Kent Park near Iowa City last March and it was very well taught. I sat through it with her and the guys did a great job teaching the class.
good luck!
I had this going on pretty bad late summer...I don't really know why it came on, but I had not been shooting my bow regularly as in years past.
I shoot a caliper (trigger) release. I mostly cured problem by folding my finger back and forcing myself to hold the pin directly where I needed to...
Great hunting can be had all over the state...obviously there are areas that are better known for producing trophies.
SE & NE IA are well known trophy producers...but don't get too hung up on that!
There are some other dynamite areas to hunt in and some real sleeper spots that not many people...
I shoot three 50 gr. 777 pellets with a hornady sst bullet and have good groups with my nikon omega BDC scope out my encore...
You should be punching out the center ring in no time!
