I'm in about an 80/20 split area...big timber being 80. The bow definately requires fine tuning.

Man, big timber hunting sounds really hard, I actually have done it a few times in UP in Michigan. I give you all credit that do hunt the big huge timber. Do most people in Canada who hunt giant forest blocks use bait? Where you have your 80/20 split, high deer numbers? If I hunted up there, being a NR, wouldn't I have to go to Northern Saskatchewan (big timber) where they leave the south for Residents? I am very fascinated with Canada.
