Definitely seems like 2012 was the year of 200"+ deer....that's for sure! The show was crowded as expected on Saturday, but I really enjoyed it. I don't know if any of the guys from 'Outreach Outdoors' are on this forum but they are a really great show to catch if none of you have. It's a really refreshing type of show giving thanks to the animal and our creator rather than over dramatizing the hunts

So it looks like state records for non-typical archery and non-typical muzzleloader. Anybody have a photo of the 293 3/8" muzzleloader deer?

State record muzzy non-typical is held by Tony Lovsteun which is also the largest deer killed by hunter. 309 and change

Aaah yes...forgot the Lovsteun deer was taken by muzzleloader. And the 293 incher IS pictured with replicas already available. Whew...$$$

Agreed...it was great to meet the guys at OO, and in the end, their DVD was the only thing I decided I had to have...although those bale blinds down on the end of the 100 aisle were a close 2nd
