Thanks for the info Jack. It is definitely an art form taking pictures. Do you tend to increase your ISO in lower light conditions. I have been switching to 400 closer to dark. I can see right now Im gonna need an SLR one of these days.

Here he is by my blind last fall. He was under 10 yds, but when I was reaching for my camera the strap hit the camera case. he didn't like the noise and walked away. date 11-04-06

here he is earlier, date 08-20-06. he is loosing his velvet here.

and a week earlier date 8-15-06

he must have done allot of running durring the rut, he sure lost allot of weight between the first pictures (8-15-06)and the last (11-04-06)
