What kind of Strings are you putting on that you are having to replace? If they are factory made strings from mathews, that is your problem right there. I'm not bashing the bow company, they make great bows, but their factory strings are horrible! I have experience with both Winners Choice and Vapor Trail strings and cables. I personally think that both of those companies make great products and are definitly worth the money. I also agree that any nick or burr in your cam could also be the reason for the strings going bad. My advice...Check your cam, make sure it is in good shape with out any nicks or burrs, then go out and buy a good quality string like Winners Choice or Vapor Trail, Wax the string frequently, and things will work out. Remember, some things are worth the money spent, I beleive that bow strings and cables are too important to try and save money on.
