I've been a little out of the loop on all of the proposed changes and would like to at least help in any way I can. Forgive me if this was asked before or is in an incredibly obvious place, but is there a link to the proposed changes? I'd like to inform myself before I send an email and also reply to the DNR directly. I've heard of a few changes, but haven't read all of them.

that we are listening - final decisions will be made at the close of the
comment period and the amended rule will go to our Natural Resource
Commission for their approval.
