Way to "Smoke em' Danno"! You got me looking in the fridge for something to eat, that bird looks yummy!

Pharmer - I have skinned many a turkey and then smoked it, always with very good results. (I hate plucking them too.) Even without the skin on, the smoker will sear the outside of the bird and the meat will be very moist and tender. I have a regular charcoal based, water smoker, nothing fancy at all. Try it, you'll like it!
