Last year during youth season and part of bow season the mosquitoes were terrible. I know not to put on bug spray, just because of the smell it has. Do any of you know of any type of spray I can get?

That's a good question! With all this rain they might be a problem. So far I haven't even seen a sqeeter this summer...but I haven't sat out in the woods either. (chiggars are another story
)
Guess my son and I will be hoping for a stiff breeze and a big fat doe to amble by!

Pass this on to anyone who likes sitting out in the evening or
When they're having a cookout. So you don't like those pesky
Mosquitoes, especially now that they have the potential t o carry
The West-Nile Virus!
Here's a tip that was given at a recent gardening forum:
Put some water in a WHITE dinner plate and add a couple of drops
Of "Lemon Fresh Joy Dish Detergent". Set the dish on your porch,
Patio, or other outdoor area. I'm not sure what attracts them,
The lemon smell, the white plate color, or what, but mosquitoes
Flock to it, and drop dead shortly after drinking the Lemon
Fresh Joy/water mixture, and usually within 10 feet of the plate.
Check this out --- it works just super!!!

I asked about Thermacell on a different sight and after all the reponse I got I am going to buy one. They must work, the guys on there swear by them.

man they are very bad around her. One of my friends G/F arms and legs were awefull. Just bites every were. Was kinda sad. Hopefully she doesnt get anything from them. But the are bad around the fremont Area
