I use a warm airflow dehydrator, you know the one's they sell everywhere anymore. Dry them until they feel crisp, put them in a zip lock and get as much air out as you can. Then I throw them in the freezer. Not sure if it's really necessary, but I like the thought of them in the freezer rather than in the warm cubbard.
Put them in a pan of water over night and your in business.
You'll be suprised how well it works.
