I thought this was an interesting article by the IDNR about a disease effecting multiflora rose. MFR makes good cover but I wouldnt mind a mild case of this coming my way.
I think I've got that at my place. The MFR just looks real funny on the new growth, I'll have to look tomorrow. I'll post a pic if I think it is close.
About the time I decided I liked MFR for it's cover potential the disease arrived and started killing it off. For some reason the disease kills MFR in the open faster than in the shade. I've found that tsi initially releases MFR but eventually starts killing it back.
