Looks great!
I have 4, each half acre strips of red & white GS planted. Could I apply liquid N to them?
I’d give it a little time . Is this planted for pheasants or deer ? Both ?Drilled my 1.8 acre CRP food plot to Milo this year. First time planting. Checked it tonight and it is extremely weedy with foxtail. But most concerning was no heads on the stalks yet. Drilled late around middle of June.
Anyone know when to expect the heads to come out? If they don’t come out in the next 2-3 weeks, I’ll likely nuke and try to salvage with some rye/clover or something. Thoughts?
And here is where the Milo meets the early successional planting for the quail safe CRP. sunflower, buckwheat, grain sorghum, sun hemp and more.

Patience grasshopper..
You have some healthy looking milo plants in there. You should get some nice heads on those.
FWIW, grasses don't seem to have the yield drag on milo like they do corn.
Your mix is going to create some great fall, winter cover!
