Americans can't wait for McCain to suspend his failing campaign in order to enroll in Economics 101. You can't teach an old dog new tricks. He's been in Washington 26 years and he still hasn't learned anything about the economy except how to deregulate Wallstreet into the bottomless pit of corruption it has become.
Galloping off to Washington is nothing but a gimmick to grab more headlines. The bailout legislation is all but complete and the bipartisan support needed to pass the bill is already assembled. He has nothing to do whatsoever with the Banking Committee, in fact he hadn't even spoken with the chairman of said committee before he decided to suspend his campaign, whereas Barack HUSSEIN Osama (there, I capitalized his middle name and changed the "b" to an "s" in his last so you would know who I was talking about /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif ) has talked with Sen. Dodd (chmn. Senate Banking Committee) a dozen times on the phone about the bailout legislation over the past week... that's because Osama can walk and chew gum at the same time. Since he's the messiah he can also eat bullets and chit ice cream (ok, I made that last part up).

I don't disagree with your statements about President Bush, and I am not a big fan of Senator McCain, but.....
Mark Twain is quoted as saying... "He who does not read the newspaper is uninformed, and He who reads it is misinformed"
My friend if you are seriously backing Barack Obama... you are misinformed. /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/crazy.gif </div></div>
I don't believe he's any more misinformed than people thinking we will lose our right to bear arms if we don't vote for McCain. That would be political suicide if someone pushed that, but people are still uneducated enough to think that will happen. I can't wait till these elections are over.
