I got a email today from my aunt. The deer were taken somewhere in Idaho is what she said. I don't know for sure if they were taken during shotgun season or what but they are some good looking bucks.
Anyone notice the two deer with tags on the antlers. They look like iowa tags to me, and geez, a cornfield way in the background says it all. haha..either way, a group of nice deer..

Don't want to get in a pissing match because I don't know where the pics are from, but most of the state tags are produced by one or two companies, and those that are bought over the counter are cranked out by printers that are nearly identical in each state. Most state tags look much the same these days.
And you don't think they have corn in Idaho? You gotta get out more!
Iowa1..I was joking about the corn..I remember back when I went to national ffa, there were some kids that asked us if we were the state that grew potatoes. We had iowa on our jackets, so it was just an odd thing. And, I didnt know about the tags, I guess I learn something new everyday...
I hear ya. I used to travel all over the US. In fact one year I was in 46 states. It is amazing how ignorant some people are about their own country. I once told a guy in California that I was from Iowa, and he said he had a cousin in Cleveland and asked if I knew him.
