Just remember this...the realtors will be back with a vengance next year (no offense to our realtor friends)so this will never really go away.
This all seems so simple to our NR friends who own land and just want a chance to hunt their ground but...
opening that door creates a terrible scenario of more and larger "no hunting" sanctuaries which not only displace resident hunters but...
also creates uncontrolled deer poplulations that then cause the FB and Ins lobbies to clamor for more liberal seasons.
It is a no win situation for any of us because almost none of our politcians hunt and have no idea the mess they sometimes create.
It's dead for now...but if you care about the future of hunting deer in Iowa, join the IBA and be ready to fight for what little we have left.
It's going to be a long long fight....
