Trying to Locate a Pole Barn Builder in Southern Iowa

Petersen Construction, in Muscatine, does a lot of pole buildings. Did a 20 x 40 one for me and did a nice job. They likely travel to Mt Pleasant or farther. They also source their metal from a local supplier (Affordable Metals) rather than a box store. I know both owners and they are good people.

Aside from who to use I would build bigger than you think you need. You will use the space. I did a 40x64 10 years ago and wish I’d gone to 80’. In addition to an overhead door say on the front of your structure I wish I would have put another on the side. Makes entry and egress easier with stacked equipment. Just a couple thoughts.
