Call me old school but I really don't much care for the looks of the tall rims and short sidewall tires on very many vehicles. And especially on this!
I see this Hummer with load polka type music blaring from south of the border quite often and always laugh.
If you were to hook a team of horses to the front it would look just like a modern day stagecoach. /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

Its almost like we are moving backwards....

We started with steel wheels on wagons.....then they wrapped a piece of rubber around them....then they put air in between the steel and the rubber...

Ugliest most pointless vehicle ever made.

24" rims are tacky and a waste of $$$. You should see some of the G-Ride's rollin around ISU's campus...guess some of the 'ballers' forgot to take notice that this is a farm-kid school, not the hood.

The closer a person gets to des moines, cedar rapids, and especially davenport the more you notice them rims are everywhere.
 
I was going to put some sweet rims on the JR Executive, but the wife didn't think it was a good use of funds. Then I was going to put a low ride kit on it as well, but realized that its already only 1 " off the ground.

Last week I was sitting at a stoplight on the way home from work and I started to hear and FEEL booming loud bass approaching. I looked in my rear view mirror and the vehicle was still a half block behind me. When he pulled up behind me at the light, my ears truly hurt from the bass the RapMaster was throwing down. I almost got out of my car and went back to ask Vanilla Ice to turn it down! /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif Oddly enough, when he saw the police car coming our way, he turned it down, go figure.

I hate those low profile tires!

very true. I was just over exaggerating a point that Ames, Iowa is not COMPTON...no matter how hard some of the THUGS think it is and try to make it.

They'll always use 2's and 3's my friend, plus if you get the wrong size you can exchange them.

Minivans rock!!!!!

I almost commented that larger diapers would be needed eventually, but storage space is most likely the issue.

But it sure is nice to just get a box out of the basement when needed rather than going to target.
