I've considered doing this exact thing. Please follow up on this. A worry for me is the weed pressure that's going to come after I disk. Will the trees be able to survive under 8' ditch weed and a matt of Canadian thistle or do I need to find a way to control that?

What's the benefit of a drone for seeding? I would still need to to have the ground prepped and I'd still want to roll the seed in if possible. I can hand seed a couple acres in 30 minutes, that's not the time consuming part of the job. Unless your talking over seeding a large standing bean...

I think you'll want to wait 2 weeks after spraying 24d before seeding brassicas. It has some residual.
