    Opinions on age and potential

Started getting pics of this buck in 2011. Here he is as a little 10pt in 2011. 2012 he put on a little more and added a nice sticker off his left G2. In 2012 we started getting pics of him in late November missing his right side already and the guys that own the land next to ours said they...

    Brassicas

Planted late July in West Central WI. Very Sandy Soil. About 1/2" of rain after planting. No rain all through August and the first half of September. They were starting to turn color on me until we got about 1-1/2" of rain in the last half of September. They're a product of the Dbltree...

    mock rub/scrape trees

I put a new one in a couple days ago. They took to it pretty well! Its a willow with a basswood licking branch. No reasoning on the basswood, was just a close tree. Straightened it out and put a camera on it today.

    4x4 Rubbing Post

I've got a power pole by my yard that they rub on a bit every year. Takes a good one to get his horns around that though. See lots of fence posts rubbed, even with barbed wire on them.

    Head mounts for sale

A guy I know has some head mounts for sale. Anyone know of a place to get rid of them or some guesstimates on value? They're pretty rough but a couple are decent racks.

    Planting Corn & Beans

We do it every year. We've done every other row and we've mixed them right in the rows too. Both ways work very well and they both seem to grow better when mixed. Plus the corn protects the beans from overbrowsing a bit. Here's a couple pics from last year with mixed rows. We don't have...

    Shrub ID

Some sort of dogwood was the closest I came up with too. Thanks for the help!

    Shrub ID

I've been trying to figure out what these shrubs are on my dad's place so I know if I should get rid of them or promote them. They make nice cover and seem to really be spreading.

2 feet of snow in MN

We finally got rid of most of our snow last week in west central WI with all the rain we got. Still getting snow off and on but that should change this weekend when we're supposed to hit 70! I finally found some sheds this week!
